We are excited to welcome you to one of our favorite evenings of the year, Back-to-School Night! This is your opportunity to step into your child’s school day, meet their teachers, visit their classrooms, and get a glimpse of what learning looks like at Memorial.
Please review the schedule below so you are ready for a great evening:
6:30–6:45 PM - Optional Music Program Presentation
Families interested in learning more about Memorial’s music and arts programs are invited to join our dedicated music department in the auditorium for a brief presentation.
6:50 PM - Report to Homeroom/Period 1
Families should report directly to their child’s Homeroom/Period 1 classroom. We will begin with welcome messages from the Memorial administration and PTO. Please ask your child for their Homeroom/Period 1 room number before arriving. Once there, you will receive a copy of your child’s schedule to guide you through the evening.
7:00 PM - The Bell Rings
Get ready to experience a modified version of your child’s school day! Families will move from class to class, meet each teacher, and learn more about the curriculum, classroom expectations, and the exciting year ahead.
8:45 PM - Back-to-School Night Concludes
Back-to-School Night is more than an opportunity to learn about classes. It is a chance to strengthen the partnership between home and school that plays such an important role in helping our students succeed. We hope you will join us for a wonderful evening at Memorial!
