Our Milnes PTA hosted a Winter Family Fun Night with activities such as skating, dancing, and enjoying yummy treats. There was a DJ with music and the students all had blast! Thank you Milnes families for supporting your PTA. They continue to bring fun activities for all of us.

Read Across America Week concluded at Westmoreland, Lyncrest and Forrest Elementary Schools with special, alumni guest readers from Memorial Middle School. It was nice to see so many students who have "moved up"- coming back to volunteer their time at their elementary schools. Thank you to the Junior National Honor Society Advisors at Memorial Middle School for organizing this annual reading event!

NJSIAA Girls State Wrestling - Dalia Tsyrlin becomes the first girl to place in the state for the program. She came into the tournament as the second to last seed and ended up placing 5th. Her only two losses came from the returning state finalist. @FLHSCUTTERS

Lyncrest School celebrated National Read Across America Day with a PTO sponsored green eggs and ham breakfast! We even had a visit from the Cat in the Hat, who impressed us all with his fabulous dance moves! Thank you to the Empress Diner for donating the green eggs!

On Friday February 24th, Forrest School had a chance to Let the Good Times Roll and celebrate the holiday of Mardi Gras. Students had a parade in the hallways wearing handmade masks. This was followed by stops along the route to engage in various activities such as coloring, music, crafts, and a mini scavenger hunt.

Each year Cupid makes a special visit to TJMS students bringing endless smiles to the faces of our students. Students were greeted at school with a special treat, smile and were able to spot Cupid all day long making it an extra lovable Valentines Day!
