  • 35,200 processed documents in 5 months.
  • 4,771 students registered or re-registered.
  • 130 students required additional information.
  • 236 students required attorney review.
  • 47 students withdrew voluntarily or disenrolled.
  • 47 students not re-registered including out-of-district placements.

  • Removed in excess of 140 students
    • and prevented many other illegal students from entering

    • Department of Education is proposing to readopt and amend N.J.A.C. 6A:28-2 , Entitlement to Attend School Based on Domicile/Residency in the District.
